Cathy has a background in marketing, advertising and customer service. She enjoys being the first voice you encounter when contacting their business. Interaction with clients is where she excels and is a vital piece of their business. As Office Manager, she wears many hats such as customer relationship management, marketing etc. Jeff and Cathy have four children and four grandchildren. They very much enjoy time with family as well as being involved in their church.
